The day will begin with a personal introductory winemaking tutorial by award winning winemaker Jane Cooper. Guests will be given samples of estate produced Pinot Noir which you will blend to produce your own unique bottle of Wairarapa Pinot Noir. Chef, Kent Baddeley, from the exclusive Parehua Estate in Martinborough, will delight you in an exquisite lunch matched with a range of Matahiwi wines.
